All of our programs are tailored to the needs and wants of all levels, Beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Beginner

A simple plan designed for beginner GAA or players who have been away from the game. This program aims to get the simple things right by building basic strength, developing fitness, and learning the basics like soloing, handpassing, and kicking. Ideal for getting that confidence back!

A plan for players who already train, but want to really improve their game. This program is designed for players who want to nail down that starting position. Emphasises explosiveness, power and speedwork, both in the gym and on the pitch. Join us and make that starting 15!
